Do I need a prescription to buy medicine online in Bangladesh?
Prescription-only medicines (for example antibiotics, blood pressure, diabetes and heart medicines) require a valid prescription from a registered doctor, uploaded when you order and checked by a MedEasy pharmacist. Over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and supplements, devices and personal care products can be ordered without one. If you do not have a prescription, you can get one through an online doctor consultation on MedEasy.
How fast is medicine home delivery in Dhaka?
Orders inside the Dhaka City Corporation area are delivered the same day, usually within 12 to 24 hours after the order is confirmed by phone. Chattogram, Sylhet and Bogura city corporation areas also get same-day delivery within 12 to 24 hours.
Does MedEasy deliver medicine outside Dhaka?
Yes. MedEasy delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Same-day delivery covers Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and Bogura city areas; everywhere else, including Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cumilla, Narayanganj and Gazipur, is served by courier in 1 to 3 days. What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is free on medicine orders of ৳1,000 or more inside the Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and Bogura city corporation areas, and ৳49 below that. Outside those areas a courier charge applies to orders under ৳1,000, paid in advance. The minimum order value is ৳200.
Are the medicines on MedEasy 100% authentic?
Yes. MedEasy sells only DGDA-registered medicines, bought directly from the manufacturer or its authorised distributor or importer, never from open-market wholesalers. Products are stored in our own pharmacy, checked by a pharmacist before dispatch, and delivered in sealed packaging with the batch number and expiry date visible.
What is the medicine price on MedEasy?
Every product page shows the maximum retail price (MRP) printed on the pack and the MedEasy price after discount, in Bangladeshi taka. Discounts are shown on the product page and applied at checkout; there are no hidden charges beyond the delivery charge stated above.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay cash on delivery, by bKash, or by card and mobile banking through the SSLCommerz payment gateway. Courier orders under ৳1,000 outside the same-day cities are paid in advance.
Can I return or exchange medicine?
